Problem:
The DA services stop responding or crash after X minutes of up time.
Cause:
The Data Access (DA) component will crash due to an issue with the asdijni.dll in the C:\Symantec\Workspace Streaming\Server\common\bin.
The service can crashing with the error repeatedly 'JavaUser::getTokenGroups pUser->Get(L"TokenGroups" failed with 0x8000500d' -Relating the AD property "TokenGroups", the users don't have this property on their user.
Resolution:
Download and copy the asdijni.dll to C:\Symantec\Workspace Streaming\Server\common\bin and restart the services
- rename the original asdijni.dll to .org
- stop the STE service
- copy the attached file to C:\Symantec\Workspace Streaming\Server\common\bin
- restart services or restart the server.
