Issue:-
Incident details in the Enforce console display the URL as 'Unknown' for incidents generated by the Chrome HTTPS monitor.
Cause:-
One of the components of the Chrome extension for the HTTPS monitor may have been tampered with.We worked and found Chrome extension for DLP was not present. It was described that google chrome require Symantec DLP extension to be installed for full functionality. DLP extension for Chrome browser downloaded automatically during DLP installation and it has been observed in this case DLP extension failed to download in the time of DLP installation.
Solution:-
Check the Symantec DLP extension for Chrome is installed and enabled in the browser, and that its intermediate process(brkrprcs64.exe) is running.
Also, verify that its registry key exists. The registry entry is in the following path: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Google\Chrome\NativeMessagingHosts\com.symantec.dlp
If the above extention is not installed in your google chrome brower then try below steps to add the symantec extention:-
1. Click on below link.

2. Symantec Extention page will appear same as like below screenshot.
3.Click on Add to chrome and check in chrome extetions that Symantec Extention is existing or not.
With this,You will be able to resolve the problem of unknown url showing in Google chrome in DLP.
